Anita Stadler, PhD
Executive Coach
Dr. Anita Stadler is a full-time executive coach and leadership development advisor for a Fortune 100 corporation. She has over 25 years of corporate experience in finance, information technology, and leadership development. In her role as the Program Manager for the companys Internal Coach Development Program, she oversees the training and development of the corporations 35 internal executive coaches.
Her educational background includes a BA in Psychology, an MBA, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership. In addition to receiving coach training from the Graduate School of Coaching and the Coaches Training Institute, her doctoral work in Organizational Leadership focused on executive coaching from a Christian perspective.
Dr. Stadler is an advocate for bridging the gap between academic research on leadership and the practice of leadership development. She has served on the Cal State Fullerton Leadership Development Advisory Board, has been an advisor for the Chapman University Leadership Council, and is a member of the International Coach Federations special interest group on Coaching Research. She is a member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, the International Coach Federation, and the Christian Coaches Network. In addition, she is a contributor to the Conference Boards Executive Coaching Council, a group of corporate leaders responsible for executive coaching within their corporations.
Her private coaching practice, Horizon Executive Coaching, is dedicated to coaching Christian executives who are seeking to connect their career and their calling.
