Tony demonstrates how to coach clients through seasons of transition using a three-step coaching process based on Romans 8:28. In this CD set, you will hear Tony coach three different leaders who are talking the ‘real deal’ about their ministry transitions. The Romans 8:28 coaching model helps clients to gain perspective and engage God’s purposes for them in seasons of change. A real gem in this multimedia product is the description and demonstration of coaching techniques which may help your clients to make connections between their season of transition and their development in terms of character formation and life purpose or calling.
